At the TIACA Executive Summit in Hong Kong this week, WorldACD presented the latest trends in the air cargo market. We also shared our outlook for 2025, both globally and for markets originating from the Asia Pacific region.
The bar chart below illustrates our expectations for Q3 and Q4, based on the insights available to us today. For the full year 2025, we project global air cargo growth to range between +2% to +4%. Growth from Asia Pacific origins is expected to outperform the global average, with an anticipated increase of +5% to +8%.
In summary, despite ongoing uncertainty, we maintain a moderately optimistic outlook for global market performance and view growth in the Asia Pacific region as cautiously robust.
