MARSEILLE, Dec 31 (WorldACD) - Eurocopter has laid the founding stone at its new €68 million logistics hub, Marlog, located near Marseille-Marignane airport, where the company has its helicopter manufacturing base.
The hub, which will comprise a 48,500 sq.m warehouse and two 7,700 tertiary buildings, will be the focal point of Eurocopter’s supply chain, handling products for worldwide distribution. It is scheduled to enter service next summer and will be run by aeronautics logistics specialist, Daher.
